Course access

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own use. Your account is for a single learner — you may not share your login credentials.

Refunds

Because course content is delivered digitally and can be viewed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us.

Intellectual property

All course materials — videos, written lessons, quizzes, images, and other content — are the property of Fids of Freedom and are protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our content to train AI models. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Free-flight liability disclaimer

Free-flight training a companion parrot carries inherent risks, including injury or loss of your bird. Our courses provide educational information based on the experience of our trainers, but they are not a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions about your bird's training and flight. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fids of Freedom and its instructors are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage — to you, your bird, or any third party — arising from your application of the training material.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share content, or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
